Hey all

Quick shipping update. As expected earlier in the week we do need a couple more days to finish getting packages out. You should have all been updated to shipped very soon :) MOST of you will already be showing as fulfilled in Backerkit and this means your package is on the way!

Adepticon. After 3 long years we are finally back in the USA! Come and see us as we will have painted models from this campaign on show (none for sale) and previews for future campaigns too!

Shipping Update

Hey all

Day 1 of shipping is over and we are reaching the tail end of day 2 so I wanted to update on how things are going so far.

We managed to ship 48 packages yesterday out of 377 and this to be followed by in excess of 50 more today. Which should leave us around 110 shipped in total by the end of the day. At this rate we will have all pledges out of the door in 7 working days (Tuesday of next week). We had hoped to finish by the end of this week and still hope to improve on the current amount we are posting daily but as we now have this rate of dispatch from 2 days work I thought it best to share how things were going. We are marking each order as dispatched as it gets booked in with the courier / mail service so you should get a notification once your order is on the way :)

Hey all

We begin shipping on Monday. How exciting!  We hope to have it all out the door by the end of the week but I will keep you updated on our progress. Your Backerkit will update to shipped once your package has gone :)

Once your order has shipped we predict that some International packages will take a couple of weeks to arrive considering the current state of customs etc. If you do not have your parcel by the 8th of April then let us know and we will check with our delivery partners for any update.

Once your pledge arrives please check your order thoroughly. If you have any problems let us know via [email protected] and we will be happy to help. Once you have painted miniatures please send pics to the same address as we love to share them with everyone else here on the Friday updates.

Hey all!

We've started packing orders! How exciting! We've produced bucket loads of miniatures from the resin room and now we're picking your orders ready for dispatch. 

We are TODAY going to lockdown addresses. This allows 48 hours for you to change your shipping address on backerkit should you need to. As we've said before all orders will ship together so those with the largest pledges aren't waiting the longest. There is a lot to pack and post so we will begin shipping Monday March 14th and should be done in just 2-3 days.

We FINALLY got the dragons sorted! Here are the first 2 fresh from the mould room!

Command pack Alternates

I know Nick P has been asking to see the alternate battle standard from the halfling pack so here she is below! Due to the relatively low sales of these command packs we cannot commit to these miniatures being exclusive to them. To make only 50 etc seems a great waste of fantastic sculpts. As such we plan to make them available at retail but only as part of our army boxes (£100 RRP sets).

On the flip side we have added a little something extra to each command pack :)

Each set will have their respective wounded model that you can use for something cool like an objective

So there you have it! Order picking is happening and shipping is coming! As we ship the orders we will mark them as sent in backerkit. If your order status has not changed to shipped by March 18th then please let us know [email protected].

Big and Small

Hey all

As we get ever closer to shipping I am running out of interesting things to post every Friday. That said this week I have a few bits to share. Like this pic of the resin room station that has been running halfling knights this week

Jays desk seems to have been infested with 8 legged fiends. He has the bigger ones to tackle once he's finished slapping paint on these spiders and swarms.

Dave finally shared his progress on the Giants that he was meant to have finished painting in the early 18th century :)

He also wanted to share his thoughts on them so copied directly from his message (to remove myself from the blame for any spelling errors).

'Hey guys sorry for the wait! New Year took its toll on me and other projects kept popping up!   I'm really enjoying working on the giants and they should be done by the end of Feb so keep an eye out for the next update or so.  The giants themselves fit together incredibly well and not an awful lot of prep work was required, which was a pleasant surprise. The first thing that caught my eye were the different poses. I wouldn't want to meet any of them out and about that's for sure, especially the one swinging the huge tree trunk!  These models are absolutely full of detail - rope, leather, fur and just look at the facial expressions! They're a joy for any level of painter and an absolute must for fantasy miniature fans.'

Tom is all but finished with Dragons and the mould room are happy that all parts are good for moulds etc.

I won't be back next week as we will be hammering packing but I will return in a fortnight when I can update everyone on shipping and what to do when your models arrive etc :)
